We have been lucky this year. We are sure to get blased worse than usuall to make up for the nice spring conditions though.

exactly
this year instead of a 150 degree july we will be smitten with a 5000 degree july
seriously though, it seems like a trap. Never has the weather been so nice this time of year since i can remember

Yup, I'm sure this is some kind of trap. It's been way too nice, for far too long. We're gonna get slammed with multiple over 110 days, and we're gonna get more of them than usual.
I work outside, so I'm really scared of what's comin'!!

Yeah I know, I'm totally cooking up here in Prescott Valley - it's 62 today and it's gonna get all the way up to 80 later this week.

63f when I woke up this AM
windy as hell right now but only about 70ish
I am lifer in Yuma, 47 years and I never remember it being this cool in late May.
What is strange is the wind pattern nothing from the south yet.
All the nay sayers be damned.... I expect a cool summer

I think this will be a cool and wet summer/monsoon cycle.

I wish both of those Nordic volcanoes would completely blow their tops and bring back a flash ice age.

Just got back from camping around Mormon Lake. It was windy, cold, and downright miserable. Glad to be back in Phoenix.

What's funny is this "cold" temperature back home would be hot when humidty and no wind is thrown in. Even 85 here feels rather "cool." When it hit 100 a few times already it felt warm for sure. Gotta love this "dry" heat.
The high winds really suck though.
