There are a total of 19 paragraphs in the majority opinion.  In striving to state that the Constitution does not protect *how* you carry, they've made it clear that you CAN carry, affirming the Constitution, Sec.4, Art. I.

Well...Vermont style OPEN carry.  No training, no licensing, just strap on your iron and go.

And then there's that "transporting in a motor vehicle" thing where you have to unload while in the car...

But yeah, in Ohio, according to the supreme's and the Constitution, if you openly carry, you can do so without all the hoop-jumping most states require for CCW...
