In that case, the Sherriff should arrest the AG for violation of the Oath of Office and violation of Federal law.
This tactic could legitimately be extended to almost every office holder in the entire State of California. We should get the California Guard and the National Guard to support and implement this. |

We could return to the romantic days ol Old California, the "comic opera" days. When north fought south, or middle or neither, or both. And fired the same cannon balls back and forth.

That's not as far out as your cynicism makes it out to be. There are serious movements at work intent on breaking up the State. I, for one, am tending to favor the split but need more info. As it is, it is out of control and virtually ungovernable in its present configuration. Sacramento is half a continent away from here. Some of the stuff coming out of Sacramento just boggles my mind! |

The state is trying to clarify that what they mean versus what they "said" when it comes to complying with Federal law. Seems like they have a problem. They can't keep the idiot base stirred up when the cops and lawyers are telling them they f'ed up. Don't know (remember?) which one it is. Becerra or DeLeon that has a family full of illegals. But they'd best not plan any trips to Disneyland.

Turns out that Orange County is not alone. Contra Costa County Sheriff has been doing this since mid February and according to a report on my local news several other counties are also doing it too. OC sheriff just knows how to get attention which may or may not be a good idea. I like the strict adherance to the law to rub this shit in their faces but knowing CA courts the practice will be found illegal. HA HA! |
