Can you bring your rifles and handguns with you if you are traveling out-of-state? For instance, there is a few ranges in Bullhead City in Arizona. I know the gun laws are lenient there as opposed to here.

You might have better luck asking someone from Arizona what their laws are. I've found that the appositely wrong place to learn about California gun laws is from those people from out of the state.

I take my guns & black rifles to Yuma AZ when ever I go with no problem. I just keep them locked up & put of sight. I even had a Imigration Officer come by and check out my stuff and tell me about the guns he owned. They are much cooler there about guns

I think taking them THERE would be ok, it's just bringing them BACK where you would get trouble. I doubt it would ever cause serious trouble, but it wouldn't be a bad idea to have paperwork with you to prove you own them legally here.
