does anyone in socal know how to instal the tapco ak gas pistons? from the look of the original piston i would need to drill a hole through the tapco piston for the pin to go through. anyone want to earn some money?

i can't do pics. the problem is the tapco piston has no hole through the threads as the original does. it is made from stainless steel and i have no drill press.

there is a pin you'll have to remove.

On the new one, you're supposed to drill a hole and tap a new pin in. Me, i filled the thread with epoxy and torqued the new piston on. it held rock solid.
