Thanks guys. I have a few more things to do to it... namely putting all of my stereo back in it! That's a 2 day job by itself! I think I'm going to have the badges blacked out and I want to add the Bushwacker black pocket fender flares added. The tires stick out about 2" and they will cover up to an additional 2". I'll post when she's all done.

Thanks,

David

Sweet. I could've used those tires and the 4WD when my friend decided his 2WD truck could make it through a field that closely resembled a rice paddy, except any "dirt" in it was clay and we all know what happens to clay when there's 3" of standing water on top of it.

He made it about 20 feet into the field where we were stuck for 3 hours. lol

Yeah... I hear ya! I started with about 18mpg before I did the lift and tires... I checked last night several times and the best I got at 75 (same as the 18mpg) I was at 14mpg . So i lost ABOUT 3 to 4mpg.

I'm gonna be moving all of my stereo I pulled from the 07 into this one... that should be a 2 day job... too bad I couldn't pull the $600 of Dynamat out!!! Then the Linex back in the bed, take the headlights apart so I can flat black the non reflector chrome surrounds and paint the badges (Tundra & 4x4) flat black OR I may Linex 'em as well as the Bushwhacker pocket fender flares.

This is almost as bad as accessorizing EBRs!!!
David

PS. I put my AVS window visors back on today and added a hood Bugflector today too.

wow a good looking ride, enjoy it in good health.
I remember the days, except I had Silverado 4x4's. no toyota's to fill the bill then
I also remember the samp buggy's that went along with it, until I
descovered the Airboat then it was airboating from then on.
that was great fun. Like I said before. enjoy!

They are Pro Comp 7047's in black. They have a chrome and a black chrome too. These are 18x9. You can find them as low as $145.

Me and my friend who owns a tint/stereo shop in Orange Park have working for 2 days on my stereo, alarm and tint. It should be finished by tomorrow. I've been at his shop since noon and just got home! I'm headed to bed!! I'll update with some pics when its done.

Not trying to rain on your parade, I had a lemon in the 09 model year, so watch out for acceleration issues, and driveshaft problems

In 09 I had the 'bed bounce' where you go over any bumpy terrain the bed would literally bounce, they're trying to make a fix for it, apparently it's a TSB? I dunno.

Still, congrats.

This is my 2nd Tundra... I traded my 07 cause I wanted 4x4... and I was in the 45k miles range... was a good time to trade value wise.
