From DM.  This one is 1/2x28 with a 2.5" setback.  Entire thing is 17-4, muzzle brake is heat treated to H900 specs.

That's really nice.  I don't see that on the website (which was down earlier today).  How much was that?

$126 shipped.  I don't believe he as any plans of adding it to his site.  You'd have to email or IM him for it.

Is there a reason for the modularity? What else would you want other than the brake tip?

Ease of manufacturing.  With it this way you can cut all the threads on a CNC.  Previously he was having to hand tap the muzzle threads.

hmm well that gives me an idea on my OTB mount. I wanted to thin the wall thickness where my comp ports are going to be but don't have the tooling to do so. may go this route rather than buying a high dollar long small boring bar.

What’s the thread pattern on that, as in what tube is used?

That brake/mount threads into a DM Tapermount adapter for Griffin Tapermounts.  So the reflex mount replicates a Griffin Tapermount muzzle device that envelopes back over the barrel. The DM Tapermount adapters (rear caps) are available to fit different Ti  tubes. 1.5" in 24tpi, 20tpi, and ASR threading, as well as 1.625 and 1.75 OD in 24tpi. SPC also makes some Tapermount rear caps.

These adapter/rear caps aren't in stock much but can be custom ordered.  If I recall the Griffin thread is 1"-20 in front of that 6 degree taper.

Gotcha. I’m not up on all the different mounts available for form 1 projects. This gives me some ideas.

This modular otb started with a prototype I made and shared with DM.

The taper on the GA products are 12°.

Also makes your sacrifical baffle easier to replace

What is the max barrel diameter that can recess into that mount?  I would guess 0.750" by eyeballing it but since I t isn't on DM's website there is no spec value to look up.

How has it been performing?  Any details you'd care to share on the suppressor for tube size and baffle style/count?

Chris can make custom inner diameters to ensure slip fit over your barrel diameter. Make sure you measure up your barrel to get the MAX diameter of your profile that the OTB will cover.
