I have always really like this style of Benchmade Knives. Recommend me something that is a good Auto or assist folder. Like benchmade axis.

I've had the same knife for years but now it's getting to a point I need to replace it. After learning about all the stuff in benchmades closet. I'd rather take my business elsewhere. Do you have a suggestion on brand or model?

Hogue makes some nice folders, I have several but not any of their autos.  Kershaw as a ton of assisted knives in a wide variety of styles.
I am partial to Spyderco but they do not have a lot of assisted or auto offerings.  The paramilitary 2 is a sweet knife if you dont mind a manual opening.

Emerson with the "wave" feature - deploys as you take it out of your pocket

Emerson

One for each pocket.....(the full size CDC-15 was sent in to be drilled for LH pocket) both are used and abused.

I have a Kershaw Blur that fits the description of what you're looking for.  It's a good knife even though I'm more of a spyderco guy (wish they had more auto assist options).

protech makes some pretty cool side open autos. I owned the godson and really liked it a lot. Only sold it to get into a Combat Troodon

Emerson all day. I specifically recommend the Tiger:

He has a decent selection of minis too that still have 3.5” blades. Mini Roadhouse on the left:

I like Emerson knives, but I've had a few that were sticky and needed work on the lockbar.

Check out Kershaw and Zero Tolerance knives.

Why am I just learning about microtech? I've never even seen the fire in/out on otf knives before. Not sure if legal where I live either.

I have a utx-85 s/e
I bought it out of curiosity more than anything else. It is now one of my most carried knives outside of work.
The snap in/snap out novelty hasn't worn out either

Hogue.  The Able lock IS an axis lock, the same guy designed it after he left Benchmade.

ZT is never a bad choice. Quality materials and solid build quality . Made in USA

Same parent company as kershaw and ZT uses Kershaw speed safe assisted system in their assisted models

Buy with confidence
