So last week I came across a Bohica Arms rifle in the new EE. I bought it and received it this week... when I got it, it had a Sightron scope on it. I had a Nikon 6-18X40mm so I decided to swao it out. Today I put 15 rounds through it and once I got it on paper I was able to get 2 really nice groups with some Summit 690 gr Ball. It has a 30" fully floated and fluted barrel and a very nice Jard trigger.
I ended up getting the rifle, 40 rounds of Summit ammo, a whole cleaning kit, and the scope for $2200 - Clint |

Please be sure to read the threads on the BOHICA uppers as far as safety issues go, there isn't a recall yet... Be safe, this is just a caution and not an open call for people to start with the usual BS.
Set up looks good but I have to ask, is your sun shade hitting the front hand guard? I would hate to see you ruin a scope. |

That looks like a nice set up. I hope you get a chance to post some groups and maybe a video of the blast from that brake.

To be more specific use the safety before loading every round on top of all the usual precautions. Most of the Bohica 'safety' threads here and elsewhere are all mostly BS.

I've had mine since Christmas and I love it. Put a Nightforce 8-32X56 NXS scope on it and I'm shooting API bullets w/218 gr of AA8700 powder in it. It seems to handle strange ammo just fine. It's a lot of fun to shoot. Chris has built a very nice upper that works great. Just take care of it.

Mine with the 24" barrel and the Nightforce scope weighs 27 lbs. That is also with the Bushmaster lower and the Magpul PRS stock.

I believe my Nightforce weighs in at 32 oz so that probably makes some difference.
