Why do you want to raise your scope 1"? What scope mount/rail are you using? Do you have the 15 MOA rail or 50 MOA rail? What rings and height are you using?

I am not sure where you can get risers, but I think a good solution is to use the Badger MAX-50 High rings. They are perfect on my AR-50. I hear they are tough to find now as the current production is going to Iraq though.

i have a 15min rail, a springfield ge5099 scope and burris zee high rings. if i drop my cheek rest to get comfortable and a clear view it will hit the bolt and not alow it to come out the clear the spent round. i just want to prop it up a lil further so the bolt clears and i am comfortable

You'll need the highest rings you can get, I use Leupold Mk-IV rings in super high (1.40") on my AR-50. You'll need to find them in the same or close in whatever brand of rings you plan on using. If you get the Armalite one piece scope rings/rail that should clear everything.

One question - how did you get the white lettering where AR-50 is engraved? I would like to do that to mine. |

ok guys here is wha i did. i ordered 1/2 inch risers from yankee hill machine. after shipping it cost me 25 bucks. but it put the scope right up where iwanted it. i got the cheek rest over the bolt and i have a more comfortable resting position. to top it all off i think its a real clean look too. thnaks guys for you input
