Will a CMMG M16 .22 caliber conversion work with a DIAS?

if you have the anti bounce weight and auto sear trip they work on a rr so i imagine they would work with a dias but i dont have any experience with the latter

The simple answer is yes. As posted above you need those additional items for full auto fire.

One of my 22 setups is a Ciener kit with a CMMG style barrel from RTB and another is an old Colt SP1 upper with a Ciener kit using the chamber adapter.

I can get the SP1 upper to run with my DIAS but not the CMMG/RTB one. I run the same Ciener bolt and rail assembly in all my 22 uppers (3 total) and simply swap out the chamber adapter as required. My bolt has the ball detent mod so I do not run an ABW, its a screamer and tons of fun.

I haven't taken the time to figure out the problems with the CMMG/RTB combo but I imagine it can be sorted out if I just spend some time and fiddle with it. My RR is usually sporting a 22 upper and I run center fire calibers on the DIAS equipped lower.
