I want to buy an M11 with MAX11 Large Slow Fire Upper, K-grip handguard, & folding stock for my first MG (already have 3 suppressors, 3 SBR's, 1 SBS, 1 DD).  I only want to spend $5,000 maybe $6,000 at the most.  Has anyone seen what I am looking for?

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

You should be able to find a good M11/9 in the very low 3000 range and get a Max11 upper directly from Lage just under 800.
