well - i just mailed off my form 1 to sbr a receiver, but i noticed that the mailing address was in DC.  i used the link in the faq and i guess that is an old form or something - as there is an updated version with a mailing address in WV.  (didnt find this out till after i sent them off)  basically - has anyone used the DC address and gotten approved lately?  hopefully they will forward the forms - or i will be sol till they get returned... funny thing about the DC address is that no street name or number listed - just the city and zip????
