Is anyone making a 22lr upper like the now defunked victor arms v22?

Bricklayer,
You have a couple of options. DPMS is supposedly going to offer a 22lr upper. I don`t think it`s available yet. Kurts Kustom Firearms and Rick Kuehl (sp?) offer dedicated custom uppers. A company called Leitner-Wise has been stating they`re going to produce a dedicated .22lr rifle. Again, none have been sold to the public yet. Right now those two custom smiths are probably your best bet.

Kurt makes great .22LR uppers - any configurtion you can afford <G>.  IIRC Rick McDowel  at Competion Specialties also makes .22LR uppers.
