The new toy in the new case for it. Hard to see but the foam is cut out for it and the two ten round mags.

Yeah, thanks. Still working on making my mind up about a bipod.

Go for the bipod. I dont have a rifle without one, helps me dipach the angry hoard of Prairie rats.  Handy for deer too.  Harris is my no.1 choice, but then again i havent tried any other brands.

What's the over wieght of the rifle now?

I have a 10T with a Douglas bull barrel and it weighs better than 12 pounds empty.  It shoots great, recoil can barely move it, but a little tough to truck around too much.

What kind of scope do you have on the AR10?

Upgraded the grip to a Bushmaster target type. It's black but looks pretty good.

Weight is unknown but I'll check that out soon and post it.

Scope is a Tasco (Japanese) World Class 8x-32x, 44mm. It's a great scope but I still plan on upgrading to a SA eventually.

The case is a Gun Guard (Docksil) and doesn't have the fancy little purge/pressure release valve that some of the better ones do. It does however have the little screw for a similar effect. It is a pretty nice/strong case and was only $90 at a local gun store (Carter Country). Darn nice case with the cutout and I felt that the AR-10 was deserving.

Hey FALARAK,

Nice work. I can actually see a lot more detail now too. Okay, now you did it, I'm gonna have to go home and get them and then off to the range. I'm telling the boss that it's all your fault
