The rules are simple: post a picture of a gun that contains NO plastic whatsoever (polymer, rubber, composite, fiberglass, etc.).  Alloy, wood, bone, leather, and so forth is OK… but But no plastic.  (The only exceptions are adhesives, paints/coatings, and slings/scopes.)

This was a lot harder than I thought.
None of my rifles or sticker pistols are even close to qualifying.  Even old all steel pistols, you’d think are OK have polymer magazine followers and/or fiber optic sights.

The ONLY gun I have that qualifies is a Les Baer Stinger 1911 (commander slide on officer frame) because Tripp officer mags are all steel.

Rubber recoil pads and white line stock spacers count?

Ive got a few or could swap some grips or sights etc around and have a couple more

Ruger 44 carbine, a Ruger Mk II, 1858 revolver, Mossy 44 (only cause the safe/fire indicator pins are awol)

If recoil pads etc are OK I can add a few shotguns

Close, but damn stock magazine baseplates.

I'm disqualified anyway because I'm a heathen and put Magpul grips on it.  And the 10-rd Wilsons have plastic baseplates as well.

That is a hard one.

I was going to post my MAC, but turns out it has a rubber recoil buffer.

So my only 100% metal is the DoubleTap 9mm Derringer.

I would say no especially to recoil parts; they are functional components usually pretty integral to the firearms longevity/design.

No buffer bumper or magazine followers?
Bold Strategy.

Also that buttplate looks suspiciously polymer

I don't have a pic of the Parrot without the optic handy.

Nope... even ignoring the CMORE,  CZs have polymer followers in the mag and that shadow 2 has fiber optic front sight (actually acrylic)

I guess the FAL and AKs have plastic pistol grips.

20rnd GI mags with metal followers, the buttplate is aluminum... but I think you got me with the buffer bumper.

This should pass:

I could post a couple dozen revolver photos that don't have front sight inserts and have wood grips. Or more 1911 pics.

I have a bunch of pre lock S&W revolvers that are only iron and wood. Mostly K frames. No plastic on them other than the rubber grips on my old model 66 duty gun.

Its a weird / cool one for sure. 21st century take on 19th century CCW

It's LCP sized, but even thinner (5/8" vs 3/4".)

Is that a Chen magwell on an officer frame? Who did it?

If so, I really want to have one added to the 1911 I posted in the OP for a long time. The only thing holding me back is I don’t want to refinish my gun.  I really love the way that mediocre thin Les Baer bluing shows wear… but then I don’t want actually pay good money for a gun to be refinished with mediocre bluing

It’s a commander.  I believe they cut the frame and weld it on?  This was a pawn shop find, so I don’t know who added the magwell.  EGW did some of the work.

I wonder if anyone here knows what the third one is. There's a model 100 and a 7600 as well but they are in the way back of the safe.
