The oldest rifle that I own & shoot is a 1880 Remington Rolling Block #1 in .22LR (,22s were black powder then..).
The second oldest is a 1882 built (model 1878),  JP Lower Sharps Borchardt that was one of the last to leave the factory.  Although the rifle was 95% new condition, it is currently sporting a Green Mountain .45-90 barrel and will compete in the National Creedmoor Championship in Raton, NM in July...... this rifle will often hold about a foot at 1000 yards with iron sights..
Pretty amazing what a 130 year old rifle with black powder & a cast lead 560 grain bullet will do!

1891 Argentine Mauser
U.S. Model of 1917
'96 model Swedish Mauser
1916 Spanish Mauser

and a few other old war horses . . . The oldest non-military firearm I have would be a Marlin Levermatic (Western Auto actually) from the late 1950s.
