From what I understand, the ACR/Masada barrel is supposed to be the same as the AR15's, but are the chambers that come with the barrel also interchangeable?

I'm pretty sure the ACR uses a Stoner bolt, or at least a bolt with the same locking lugs.

From what I hear the ACR uses stock AR15 barrels with things like the gas piston and whatever is needed for quick change.

Not an AR owner, but isn't the chamber an integral part of the bbl?

You swap the bbl, bolt and lower out and you have a different caliber.
