I was given an new barrel and I am trying to ID it

Marking look like this

Has a date stamp of 08/02 and lists cailber

Can any one help? I want to sell it.

Any thoughts on caliber, length, finish, etc.????????????? Bolt gun barrel, semi, etc.??????????

It came off of an m-16 a2 upper.
