Will the compact (i believe its the g32)  .357 sig mags work with the compact (G23) .40? Just wanted to know if i can buy one mag and have it work with both weapons...

Yes use mine all the time, only issue is with lawmen 125 FMJ(or they may be TMJs) they tend to hang up in my 32 and hit lip of the 23's mags.

the lawman problem is not the magazine.  The 32 and 23 magazines are the same magazine, different number on upper back
