Yes it is.. I've been looking for pda software for my ipaq, and came across it. Just do a google search for "firearms pda software" that should find it. No luck for the ipaq (ppc) so far...

Go over to www.md-ar15.com you'll have to sign up as a member (its free and only takes a minute).
Then you go into the Documents section, there is a PDA software folder that has the program, along with other AR-15 related PDA programs & documents. |
