is it safe to run these rounds threw my alloy frame pistol?

Absolutely! Especially if you want to crack the frame! Load them up for defensive use, shoot a mg of them a few times a year for remembering the recoil & otherwise stay in the regular 230gr ammo.

Polymer frames stand up to +P a whooooooole lot better than metal frames.
