What are Thermold M1A mags going for these days? Are they as good as GI? Reason I ask is that I got two at the Big Town gun show for $19 each new, hope they are as good as Thermold AR mags are.

I've heard they were OK, but never seen one.

always nice to have a spare mag or 10 for the old M1A handy

I saw them being sold at a fun show 3 years ago for $15 each. Not sure as to their reliability but they will not convert to to work in an ar10.

I'll let you know how they work, a cheaper M1A mag that works will be nice... $40-50 for a GI M1A mag is simply too much.
