Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Anyone have experience with Coonan .357 ?

Was thinking about picking one of these up. Seem like a nice pistol can shoot .357 and .38 out of. And a 1911 type weapon sounds great!
Was thinking it didn't too to well since it's no longer in buisness and I have only seen these and Desert Eagles in .357 autos.

great pistols! mags are a little...ok, a lot!...hard to come by, but they run reliably. too bad coonan is gone, i'ld buy another one.

I was going to buy one of those a while back, I wish I bought it. It had great trigger. They have special 38 SPL +P kit with special a with 38 SPL magazine and reduced power recoil spring.

Coonan is making FAL upper receivers and I heard on the FAL board that they are good ones too.
