I have a ar15 eagle arms lower a colt 20" hbar upper a2 1/7 twist.   Can I expect the rifle to shoot one MOA or is that too much to expect, assuming I do my part. Or should I change the upper to something else. The range I go to is to 400 yards. Also what is a good bullet weight to reach out that far.  thanks

I believe (though I could be wrong) that with a 1/7 twist, you're better off accuracy-wise using 62 grain bullets.

... or even 68 grainers. I think 2 MOA would be perfectly acceptable for a stock rifle with a chrome lined barrel. Good for you if yours shoots better than that.
