Just read This Link and found that you can't add layers once fully cured.  It said you flash it at 180 deg for 15 min between layers.

Does the Cerakote air dry (dry to touch) before you put it in oven (to flash or cure)?  Or is it still wet (such that the part has to be suspended in the oven rather being able to lie it on something)?
 Does it have to be oven flashed between coats or air dry?  I would be using masking tape and stencils between coats so want to make sure the tape/stencils won't lift the bottom layers.

If I have to suspend the parts it would be much more difficult.  Hoping I could lay them down on some parchment/baking paper....

Cerakote doesn't air-dry, and cannot contract anything until it is cured, or you'll have to wash it off, reblast & start all over again.
