IR laser/illumination only unit availability?

I have only seen the Russian Klesh units, which are supposedly nice and less than 300$.

Are there any US or euro units that are just IR laser/illumination that may compare?

IR laser illuminator check out the ELIR-3. Laser pointer & illuminator there’s nothing good new for that $300 range that I know of.

There is the DBAL-I2 single spectrum which has only IR aim and ilum

I've been looking too. I don't like the idea of having an "all in one" unit with just one or two buttons

If I want white light during a dangerous situation, I'm gonna want it right that second. Not have to fumble around with buttons or switches to get into the right mode
