How exactly are they doing trusts for residents of other states applying those states laws without a license to practice law in that state?

Agreed...you can always do it yourself. But if someone else does it for you, that person is practicing law and needs to be licensed to practice law.

But, somebody else asked a similar question on another forum recently. I was browsing the NFA Lawyers Industry Forum looking for an answer, and it was mentioned they had a thread running in the EE. In that thread, the NFALawyers account said "we associate with a lawyer in FL", and a similar sentence for a different state when asked again. Not exactly sure how it's set up, but that's the answer they've given. |
