Alright I remember posting this question before but for some reason search/archive search isn't returning anything I posted about this. I want to move my two SBRs and my silencer from my trust to my corporation. I want to make sure I have everything in order.



1. Form 4 x2

2.  Form 5330.20 x1

3. Corporation Documents

4. $200



I do not need include any trust documents or any of the trust's form 1/4 right?

It's just like you are tranfering it to someone else.  All taxes apply per NFA item.

Yeah I know it should be $600 total but I'm just making sure I got the appropriate paperwork for each form.
