Looking for info and Price on this 1912 Erfurt Luger 9mm

This is a WW2 bring back.

All parts are matching except magazine and grips. It has theater made sweetheart grips. I do have a pair of wood grips, but they are not original to the gun.

Your pictures are rough but that is a WWI luger and the marking on the front strap is for the 9 Infanterie-Regiment.  Not having the correct grips kills the value of it so its considered a shooter worth about $850-$1100.  If you had Erfurt grips marked 75 from that time frame it would jump it a few hundred more.  Believe it or not the WWII lugers are worth more than WWI. The Erfurts usually have a worse finish than a DWM.

The unit marking is actually for the Prussian Colberg Grenadier Regiment's Machine gun Company, weapon number 3. They were on the Eastern front first half of the war, then Western Front second half and marched back to Germany away from the Russians. This weapon was almost certainly reused in WWII as they never fought Americans in WWI.
