Hello the board, I picked up an Arisaka in 7.7 the other day, it was missing a few parts. What I need is a cleaning rod for the rifle, that brings up another question. I tried to install my cleaning rod from my Jap 6.5 and it would not fit, in fact, the rod for the 7.7 must really be short! Does anyone know anything about this gun and the proper cleaning rod? I also need a few screws, I did try Gun Parts Corp., they were out of what I needed. Any other suggestions for some old parts?

Try japanesemilitaria.com, his table (Crossroads gun show) had alot of Arisaka parts the last time I saw him.
