I'm just going to throw this out there: I was about 150 as of 10 years ago. I started rock climbing and mountain biking, then BOOM 115. Now I'm far stronger than I ever have been, and my bmi is on the low end of healthy. I said I was small, not weak. I still do a lot of rock climbing, but that's about as much working out as I can manage between full time biochemistry curriculum and full time "chefing".
All that said, I wouldn't be opposed to incorporating real weight training into my day-to-day. My biggest problem is I don't even know where to start. So, if anyone is still paying attention to this thread, anyone have any ideas/links/whatever else that I could use to get started? I do have access to a university gym, but I feel like it would just be a waste of time to go in there without a real plan.
