First choice site keeps locking up when I get on it. Please, what is this vest and whats it wort. It has IIIA panels and level 4 plates.

Based on the cut of the panels it looks like the First Choice Synergy vest which is available in IIIA, in a carrier.

Based on the photos it looks like your plates are made by Second Chance armor.

DEA was providing some First Choice gear to LEO's that wend through clandestine narcotics training in Quantico for a while and from what I understand first choice makes good stuff.  We are issued vests from American Body Armor in IIIA.  From what I understand they cost about $900 to $1000 for the IIIA vest......I don't pay for it, so it is based on the info I can get...so take that with a grain of salt.

The level 4 vests we have are completely different and I can't say a cost on plates....maybe someone else can chime in.
