I've checked some of the local retailers here, but still can't find what I'm looking for.  I wanted an outer worn soft bodyarmor carrier that has front & back pockets for 10x12 plates.  I would also like it to have straps for attachments.  I've seen the Eagle Ciras, but that may be more than what I'm looking for (not to mention price).  Thanks.

5.11 makes a ballistic version of there vest now.  I don't know if it will hold plates offhand.
