Just bought a used Hawk HP-9, going to be a basic beater/truck/camp gun. I only paid $130 bucks for it, the internals look good (just dirty). It has some very light pitting on the sides of the receiver, so I'm thinking either rattle can or duracoat. It's blued, not parkerized so getting the bluing ready if I go rattle can will take a little effort. Just ordered a stock and forend from Wilson for $37.00, and getting a side saddle today. Thoughts on paint or duracoat?
