Closest thing was the Mossberg 695, Bolt action Slug gun. Removable magazine. Only 3" though. Why would you want to kill yourself with 3 1/2"?

Haven't seen one in 3.5".
Savage 210 bolt action 12ga up to 3". |

Not aware of any with 3.5" chambers. As above...the Savage and the Mossberg are nice shotguns, but limited to 3" Mag loads (since you don't really need 3.5" loads to get 99% of the jobs done that need doing). If your brother HAS to have one, I am betting you could probably have the barrel modified or a different barrel installed that would allow him to shoot 3.5" shells.

I haven't seen hardly any bolt action shotguns here in the US. I hear they are somewhat more common in countries that restrict pump shotguns; like Australia.
