I've never taken any kind of shotgun training other than the worthless AF course but would like to shoot a three gun next month.  What's the best way to reload a pump shotgun quickly?  Any link to a video or pictorial?

You should practice holding the gun on target and adding one to the mag with your week hand. You should keep the mag down one round to allow you to select slug.

That's the tactically correct way.

During competition I tend to hold the shotgun upside down in my weak hand and insert shells into the mag with my strong hand while moving.

if you run dry while standing still then go with shoot one load one.
