I just picked up a Winchester 1300 on clearance. I would like to outfit it with some ghost rings. It is drilled and tapped for scope bases from the factory. Are there any ghost rings that use the factory holes or will I have to have it drilled and tapped in a different location on the reciever?

Thanks,
Matt

I am thinking about mounting Mossberg ghost rings on my Wichester 1300 Defender. I like the Mossberg rings better that the Wilson. I'm still trying to find out what is involved with mounting them.

Your best info would be to contact Brownell's Gunsmith Supply.

They sell all the better ghost ring sights, and they'll know if there's one to fit factory holes.
