Thinking about buying one of those FN Police shotguns but I was just wondering if someone could list the difference between the Winchester Defender and the FN version... Thanks

i have the FN police shotgun (the one w/o the AR stock), and i love it.  Anyways, near as i can tell the only major difference between the two models is the lack of choke tubes in the Win. model.  That's what sold me on the FN, i love the ability to change the shot pattern.  Oh, the stock is a bit shorter for body armor, but fits my 5' 6" frame fine....
hope that helps.  The finish might be different too, but that's something i'm not sure about
