Hi all,

I'm respringing my Commander  and I'm a bit lost.  I see tons of dirrent weights being thrown around for the mainsprings and recoil springs.  What are the recommended spring weights for carry?

How about the extra-strength firing pin springs?  Do they effect reliability?
