Kim-Pro Tac-Mag Premium Magazines

Yonkers, New York, September 19, 2005 Kimber(r) is the world's largest manufacturer of 1911 pistols and has established the benchmark for production firearm quality and dependability. The U.S.A. Shooting Team, Marines assigned to Special Operations Command and LAPD(r) SWAT all use Kimber pistols. Now for the first time, Kimber is offering 1911 magazines designed and manufactured to the same unequaled standard.

The new Kim-Pro(tm) Tac-Mag(tm) is the ultimate 1911 magazine. Not just for Kimber pistols, these magazines work with almost any mil-spec 1911 .45 ACP regardless of brand. Both 7 and 8-round versions are available for full-size frames, along with a 7-round version for compact frames.

Kim-Pro Tac-Mag features:

Exclusive (patent pending) quick change floorplates for unequaled versatility. Each Kim-Pro Tac-Mag comes with three floorplates. Choose from a standard stainless steel base, add a slim bumper pad for carry or a thick bumper pad for competition or use with magazine well extensions. An internal metal plate retains spring as plates are changed.

The high-polished solid stainless steel body is heat treated for dimensional integrity and incredible strength.

Rocket Wire springs are stronger yet more compact than conventional springs. They have 25% greater endurance limits than springs of comparable size, weigh 25% less, deliver more consistent lift from first to last shot and have a longer life.

The long skirt stainless steel follower is coated in self-lubricating black Teflon. It prevents tipping and rocking even under recoil.

Heavy duty feed lips retain rounds in optimum position under all shooting conditions.

Large monitoring holes are numbered so remaining round can be determined at a glance.

Kim-Pro Tac-Mags are available at Kimber Master Dealers or direct from the Kimber Custom Shop. Suggested retail price is $29.95.

+1

It is sad to see somebody that gets what they do for guns, gives you a pile off poo for a mag.

Maybe they realised they could possibly get their consumers to buy their mags and quit losing all that cash to the other companies.
