I just picked up an unissued Bulgarian and am very impressed.    Have any of you added the extended threaded barrel and compensator?  How difficult is it to do -- with and without the press?

Check out makarov.com for more information on the subjects you seek.  I would send the piece out to the gunsmith to have the barrel swapped.
