DWM Commercial Luger production date?

Preliminary research seems to suggest production between 1921-1929. It’s a no date DWM scroll marked pistol in pretty rough shape, but with a beautiful bore and a decent amount of straw colored bluing remaining. I’ll post some pictures when I receive it.
