Pretty much no aftermarket wood grips will be thinner than the original factory plastic ones.  Do you have factory plastic, or do you have Hogue grips?

The grips pictured look thicker than factory by a bit.  Also, they look cheap.  You might want to consider getting Navidrex Para Ordnance grips, but that's just my opinion.  They look very similar, and are of very good quality.

I have one that is one of the OLD ones that was just a frame not a completed pistol.
Those grips are much thicker than the ones from my newer gun.
