Yeah, I have seen them as high as 1,100 lately. Don't know why the sharp increase. I paid 800 for mine and that was with factory night sites when they first came out.

Seen 'em in the $750=850 range if you look around. Try GunsAmerica's HK section, HKPro's for sale boards and the classified in your paper (if you have a decent-sized city).

I have seen them starting in the mid $600 range for the compact models. $700 and up for the full-sized models.
