I found a TOKAREV at a local pawn shop for $100.  I like Soviet style weapons and I'm thinking this would be fun to shoot and plink with.  Plus it's 9mm so it will be easy to find ammo for.  Is this a good price?

If it's in good condition it is.  It's a pretty good gun.  A buddy shoots one at my farm and loves it. I have a Polish TT-33 (7.62x25) and it's a great design.
I don't think you will go wrong at $100!

I owned three of them at one time.  They all worked fine.  The magazines would not interchange, in fact some magazines would not even fit into other guns.  They cost about $120 new, so $100 is an ok price.  They really are a bargain.  Watch-Six
