Hi folks, its nice to see all these new spinoff boards of AR15.com starting up, but now when I get online I have to surf three sites instead of just one....lol.
How many H&K USP owners out there?
I have the 45 full size, and I love it.

I'm feeling old hat with
my '94 9mm USP
with the pre-polygonal bore.

I also remember
being upset
that the 7 additional
full capacity
mags I purchased along with it
(it came with 2)
cost a whopping
$36.00 each.

45 Fullsize. Have gone through various holsters and grips only to return to no add-on grip and one holster type. As expected, have had no problems whatsoever with it--other than a desire to have a Compact and a Tac to keep it company.

If a politician isn't perfectly comfortable with the idea of his average constituent, any man, woman, or responsible child, walking into a hardware store and paying cash -- for any rifle,
shotgun, handgun, machinegun, anything --without producing ID or signing one scrap of paper, he isn't your friend no matter what he tells you."  --L. Neil Smith

HAD a Fullsize 9, 40, and 45, compact 9, and 45.
Got rid of them all.
Fixing to get some again. Right now leaning towards another 45c and maybe a 40c. Not sure. See my Hypothetical Sit. thread.

.45F in HE - 15k rounds no failures of any kind - my choice for IDPA

.45C in SS - 2,500 rounds - 2 hard primers, prefered carry gun

NS on both, no other mods

I have Burittos, G-locks, and Suck & Whine - nothing is like an HK.

My first gun purchased was a HK USP 45F SS.
I love this gun, shoot it at least weekly, and carry it just fine. Owning an HK 45 made it real easy to sell my GLOCK 17 in order to pickup my first AR-15. One complant about HK is that there Rifles are to expensive.

My first was a 40F, then a 45F, then a 9F.  Now I don't have any USPs.  I loved them, but you just can't keep them all.  Of all of them, I probably should have kept the .40 since I now have nothing that shoots that caliber.  Damn mags are too expensive though nowdays to go back and do it right.

I owned the first USP45F sold in Yuma Arizona, serial number 25-000639. Like a dumbass, I sold it a few years ago.

I picked up a really nice Tactical not too long ago, along with a UTL and two extra mags, for a total of four. I also got the thread protector from CCF. I'm happy with it, but now have the longing for a supressor. We'll see where that goes. While Texas is CIII friendly, the Sheriff of Collin County is not.

Also, if you're looking for a Kydex holster that's compatible with the big assed front sight blade on the Tactical, check out www.comp-tac.com/.

They build the one for the USP45F with a much higher sight channel so it will take the Tactical as well. I'm really happy with mine. Other than a regular customer, I have no financial ties to them at all.

[Edited to coruckt my speeling.]

I ran into Greg this weekend at the fun show, where he made fun of me for purchasing an extended slide release for my Glock.  He made me feel like I was back in grade school again as he explained that I should use the rear slide serations (gross motor skill) over a slide release (fine motor skill) in a stress situation.

I own one of his holsters, paying over what he charges for the products on-line, at one of the gun shows and I'm very happy with the holster.  As far as I know, he's the only person that makes a Kydex holster for the S&W SW99, which is why I went with his products.  He claims his stuff is the best in the business, and talking with and overhearing others at the fun show, I'd have to say that others agree, myself included.

Maybe I'll pick up a holster for the USP Tactical I'm saving for as a "motivational aide."

God Bless Texas

Just bought my first HK.  USP Compact S/S in .45.

I really like the gun -- great sight picture...shoots great.   I have a few questions that I have to help on my new gun....I'll save it for a new thread.

I love my HK USP full size 9mm pistols. I have never shot a more accurate and reliable 9mm pistol. Would like to get a HK P7 one day. My arse or someone elses might rely on me and my pistol. Thats why I buy HK and feed it Federal Hydrashoks, its that simple.
