Does anyone have this pistol?
Can a civilian buy it or is just for law enforcement?

What do you think about the caliber and the gun?

IIRC, there was a thread on the ammo (5.7 x 28mm) last week. Maybe do a search. Seem to remember that general consensus was the ammo being kind of a dud compared to the hype. BTW, haven't shot the pistol, but the P-90 subgun was fairly impressive. Still prefer an MP5 though.

The thread:

Wounding for this cartridge from a P90 is similar to a .22 Magnum rimfire FMJ.

From a FiveSeven-more like .22 Long Rifle solid.

It need not have been that way, probably this cartridge was victim of a literal interpretation of the Hague convention so they designed a bullet that would not fragment. As short as it is though, only 35gr, its possible that there just wasn't enough stress generated when it pitched sideways to break it regardless.
