I have about 600rds through my CZ-75B now without any problems at all. It shoots about as accurate as my Sig P228. It handles great, and really I've been shooting it about every other day this week to really get good with it. It's a very user friendly gun and very easy to use well. I like the safety system of "cocked and locked" if I want, or traditional DA/SA if I want. I don't think I'll ever wear out mine. 9mm in a steel frame just seems likely to last forever.
I ditched the stock grips before I even shot it, they were that uncomfortable to me. I bought Houges and cut off the front strap, leaving me with two rubber grip panels. I don't like the finger grooves either. Now it's really comfortable to me.
Anyway, they were a highly sought after gun a few decades back as they were known for their high performance. The CZ-75 hasn't really lost any ground to the new generation of guns and the cost right now is so low on the 75B that getting one is a great deal.
