I have an opportunity to buy a used unfired nickel DE.  Seller is asking $1600.   I guessing $1400 might be more realistic.  Any thoughts?

for $1600 it better come with at least 200 rounds of ammunition, reloading dies  a press to use those dies in.
they only cost about $1200 new.
